The first house I sold in Dignowity Hill closed in the spring of 2009, time flew, and as I look back at the almost 100 houses I sold in that wonderful neighborhood since it really helps to put the numbers on paper and look at a graph. This shows the change in price per sqft over time. Since I was working on several neighborhoods to prepare for a presentation I didn’t separate the renovated houses from those that were just about falling down (but were later rehabbed). Right now the price per sqft for a house in bad need of rehabbing is about $100 and the price per sqft for a fully rehabbed house varies from $160 to $250 depending on the size of the house. (A smaller house brings more per square foot than a large house.)

A 382% increase in price per/sqft
